How to Initiate a Return

- Photos of the item(s) (if they arrived damaged or defective).
Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as we may not be able to process your return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will refund both the item cost and the shipping fee.
- For partial returns (returning only some items from an order), the original shipping cost may not be refunded.
Refund Method

- PayPal payments: Refunds will be credited back within 1-3 business days.

4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to:
- Return the original item (following the return process above).
- Place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.
- Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with:

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund if the damage is verified.
